Phase 1 of the New Inspection Regime of Companies Register (hereinafter called “Phase 1”) has been implemented on 23 August 2021
In Phase 1, companies are legally permitted not providing the below information for public inspection:
- Director’s usual residential address and identification number
- Company secretary’s identification card number
Below are some examples of identification numbers:
