Phase 1 of the New Inspection Regime of Companies Register (hereinafter called \u201cPhase 1\u201d) has been implemented on 23 August 2021<\/p>\n\n\n\n

In Phase 1, companies are legally permitted not providing the below information for public inspection:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

  1. Director\u2019s usual residential address and identification number<\/li>
  2. Company secretary\u2019s identification card number<\/li><\/ol>\n\n\n\n
